How it works
Each test result maps to an age. The mapping uses reference data for your test and your birth sex.
Your Bio Age is the average of those ages, together with your real age.
More completed tests give you a closer estimate.
The reference data comes from Bryan's Bio Age test. Some values at the extremes are extrapolated.
